Rules and Regulations

Your House Suite Accommodation Management reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest who does not comply with the rules and regulations below, which are established to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.

GENERAL RULES

Rooms allocated to our guests are available every day from 14:00. Check-in time is 14:00.

Check-out time is 12:00.

If your stay is shorter than one night, a full night’s charge will apply according to standard check-in and check-out times.

Room rates include all taxes and breakfast.

Rooms are assigned after presentation of a passport or ID card and completion of the registration form.

EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY

Subject to availability, early check-in between 06:00 and 14:00 will be charged at 50% of the room rate. Breakfast is included.

For late check-out between 13:00 and 18:00, 10% of the nightly room rate will be charged per hour.

Children must never be left unattended on balconies or allowed to climb on furniture.

Children must be supervised in stairways and similar areas.

For your safety and comfort, please do not enter food and beverage areas barefoot.

Rooms are for accommodation purposes only. All individuals staying in the room must be registered at reception.

VISITOR POLICY

Guests who wish to receive visitors in their rooms must register them in accordance with legal requirements. An additional person fee will be added to the reservation.

Guests are responsible for any violations or damages caused by their visitors.

In case of loss or damage to hotel property in the rooms, the cost will be charged to the guest. The amount will be determined by hotel management.

It is strictly prohibited to allow unregistered or unidentified persons to stay in rooms or to give them room keys.

Unregistered visitors are not allowed to enter rooms or any area of the hotel. Additional charges will be applied for each extra person.

NON-SMOKING POLICY

Smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and hookahs, is strictly prohibited in all rooms and in enclosed common areas such as the lobby, corridors, lounges, and restaurant.

Guests who wish to smoke may only use designated smoking areas.

Guests who violate this rule agree to pay a cleaning and deodorizing fee equal to 50% of the daily room rate.

Smoking in rooms is strictly prohibited. Your House Suite Accommodation is a non-smoking property, with designated areas available for smokers.

If smoking is detected, a fine of 1,406 ₺ will be imposed in accordance with Law No. 4207 on the Prevention and Control of the Harmful Effects of Tobacco Products.

WEAPONS POLICY

It is strictly prohibited to possess firearms, gas or air guns, special weapons, ammunition, or any dangerous materials or items in common areas or guest rooms.

In such cases, the hotel reserves the right to refuse or terminate accommodation.

HOTEL PROPERTY

The use of external electric heaters not provided in the room is not permitted.

Hotel fixtures, equipment, and materials must not be used for purposes other than their intended use.

It is prohibited to remove plates, cutlery, food, or beverages from the restaurant.

Such violations may result in compensation charges payable by the guest.

ACCOMMODATION RULES

Please avoid excessive noise and respect all guests’ right to a quiet and peaceful environment.

Any behavior that disturbs other guests is strictly prohibited.

Guests are fully responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Please keep your valuables with you at all times; otherwise, the hotel will not be held responsible.

Your House Suite Accommodation is not responsible for any accidents or injuries occurring beyond its control.

Throwing any objects or waste from windows or balconies is strictly prohibited.

The use of lasers or similar devices inside the hotel is prohibited.

Pets are not allowed in the rooms.

Recycling bins for paper, aluminum, glass, and plastic are available in designated areas within the hotel. Please use them instead of disposing of waste improperly.
